We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our operations team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain back office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process and handle documentation, including data entry and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and execution of tasks.
- Support in maintaining inventory and order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.Basic knowledge of data management and administrative processes.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with CRM software and databases is a plus.Education
