We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to gain experience in a supportive office environment and develop their skills in administration and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and support the operations team.
- Maintain and organize files and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic knowledge of data entry and database management.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printer, scanner, fax).Skills Required
