We are looking for a motivated Back Office Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to gain experience in a supportive office environment and develop their skills in administration and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and support the operations team.
  • Maintain and organize files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate appointments.

Skills and Qualifications
