Role & responsibilities
Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning.
- Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly.
- Adherence of anywise sales plan for self and his team for market activities.
- Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action wherever required.
- Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities, coordinate with Branch Manager for activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff.
- Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by team.
- Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments
Responsible for ME target for the region.
Ensure achievement of the assigned target & create healthy branch portfolio.ensure productivity of sales team BSMs and SOs.Skills Required
