Job Description
The team provides solutions to the Oracle strategic partner base while serving as advocates for their needs. This involves resolving inquiries via partner help tickets, phone and electronic means. As primary points of contact for partner administrators, you and your team are responsible for facilitating partner relationships and aiding internal Oracle employees on diverse partner situations and escalated issues.
As the leader of the team, you will translate departmental goals into performance objectives for each team member and measure departmental and individual performance. You will be expected to be committed to the delivery of outstanding support and service to partners. You will interview and make hiring decisions as needed, conduct performance reviews, and provide career development coaching. You will frequently be interacting with senior leadership and will embrace approved Oracle AI tools and encourage your team to do the same for innovation and improved partner experiences.
The ideal candidate will have excellent executive presence, verbal and written communication skills as well as expert knowledge of Oracle partner policies, programs, processes, products and systems. The ability to relate to partners and understand their needs is a must. Experience working with Global System Integrators. The successful candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences are highly desired.
Seven plus years partner support experience working with strategic partners. Three plus years of management experience. BS degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
