Role Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven marketing expert to accelerate growth across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. You will own end-to-end performance strategy and execution across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, Zepto, and more — optimizing for ROI, speed, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead performance marketing across

marketplaces

(Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg) and

quick commerce platforms

(Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)

Own media planning, execution, and reporting for Sponsored Ads, DSP, PPC, and brand campaigns.

Perform in-depth

keyword analysis , bid optimization, and competitor benchmarking.

Monitor and improve

ACoS, ROAS, CTR , and other relevant metrics daily.

Troubleshoot account / policy issues with platforms and proactively resolve disruptions.

Run continuous

A / B testing

on creative, placements, and landing experiences.

Create and maintain dynamic performance dashboards via Power BI, Google Sheets, or other tools.

Collaborate with product, creative, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.

Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in e-commerce and q-commerce advertising.

Core Competencies

Marketplace Advertising Mastery :

Hands-on with Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Seller Hub, 1MG Ads, etc.

Quick Commerce Acumen :

Familiar with paid visibility, banner placements, and keyword bidding on platforms like Zepto & Blinkit.

Health & Wellness Familiarity :

Prior experience in the supplements or natural food category is a strong plus.

Data-Driven Optimization :

Advanced command of performance metrics and analytics tools (Helium10, SellerApp, Google Analytics, etc.).

Budget Ownership :

Ability to plan, allocate, and manage 6-figure monthly ad spends efficiently.

Technical Fluency :

Proficient in ad tech platforms like Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, DataHawk, Power BI.

Global Exposure :

Managing Amazon marketplaces in the US, UK, EU, UAE.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience

in performance marketing on e-commerce / marketplace platforms.

Demonstrated success managing ad campaigns with high ROI across multiple platforms.

Deep understanding of platform-specific nuances in both

marketplace

and

quick commerce

ecosystems.

Experience in a

health, wellness, or consumer nutrition brand

is preferred.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Work Mode : Office reporting (Punjagutta, Hyderabad)

Work Hours : 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM (Mon-Fri + 1st & 3rd Saturdays)
