Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK Counsellor based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The UK Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents on higher education opportunities in the UK, providing information on college admissions, application processes, exams, and courses. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, addressing queries, maintaining detailed records of counseling interactions, and organizing workshops and seminars. The role requires strong communication skills to assist students in making well-informed educational decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Thorough knowledge of the UK education system, colleges, courses, and application processes
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and provide accurate information on various educational programs
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Experience in customer service or student counseling is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
