Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement & Discovery :

  • Interact with top Consumer Goods Companies (CPG) to understand business processes and challenges.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to identify value that can be addressed with SalesCode.ai solutions.

Solution Presentation & Demonstration :

  • Configure and present software demonstrations tailored to customer-specific processes.
  • Articulate the SalesCode value proposition and vision effectively.
  • Translate business requirements into compelling, relevant software demos.
  • Relationship Building :

  • Develop business and technical peer relationships in key accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maintain and grow customer relationships.
  • Collaboration & Feedback :

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to prioritize opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements.
  • Lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery of customer projects.
  • Pre-sales Expertise :

  • Respond to RFIs / RFPs and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and demos.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle and Sales Automation platforms.
  • Additional Expectations :

  • Comfortably interact with stakeholders at all levels, including CEOs of large corporations.
  • Maintain confidence in presenting software demos and leading technical pre-sales discussions.
  • Experience in enterprise Sales Automation or CRM implementation preferred.
