- Achievement of expected NBS from preferred partners on a monthly basis (Clicktech / Retail EZ / Alfa)

2. Product Segment Wise Campaign Creation
Developing targeted AMS (Amazon Management Services) campaigns for key product segmentsIdentifying and segmenting key product offerings to target specific customer groupsDeveloping distinct AMS campaigns for each product segment to maximize relevance and impactCrafting compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to each product segment and campaign objectiveAssigning budget to each campaign to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI optimization3. Customer Centricity
Ensuring customer centricity through continuous improvement of RSI scoresReviewing monthly RSI scores to identify areas of strength and weaknessIdentifying key action items to address gaps and improve customer satisfactionExecuting changes to processes, products, or services to enhance customer experienceMonitoring and analyzing the impact of changes on RSI scores and customer satisfaction4. Monitoring and Improving ROAS of Marketing Investment
