Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to support our dairy production operations, with a focus on ice cream products. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, ensure consistent product quality, and contribute to efficient and smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy and ice cream machinery (mixing, freezing, packaging equipment)
• Follow recipes and production formulas accurately
• Measure, mix, and handle ingredients such as cream, sugar, and flavorings
• Conduct regular quality checks for texture, consistency, and temperature
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across work areas
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime
• Support production planning to meet daily output targets and reduce waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
