Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Sales Relationship Manager to support and expand our Deal Flow operations through partnerships and referral channels. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in B2B sales, business development, or syndication partnerships-preferably in the startup or investment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with referral partners and companies
  • Act as a liaison with syndication partners to source and filter high-quality deals
  • Educate and onboard partner companies into Keiretsu's process-ensuring they are prepared and aligned with our standards
  • Drive referral sales by getting companies to attend our pitch meetings and pipeline discussions
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on pitch meetings with referred startups
  • Ensure a highly collaborative relationship with ecosystem partners to maintain consistent, high-quality deal flow
  • Track outreach, conversions, and partner engagement via CRM tools
  • Prepare reports and updates for leadership on partner performance and engagement metrics

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Partnership Management, or SaaS / Startup Ecosystem Sales
  • A strong grasp of deal sourcing and partner / channel sales dynamics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones
  • Familiarity with startup fundraising processes or angel investment networks is a plus
