- Attending Client Inquiries
- Preparation of Proposals / Offers
- Proposals / Offers Follow up
- Work Order Follow up
- Payment Follow up with clients.
- updating of Offers sheets
- Attending the Client meetings for negotiations etc.
- Follow up for New Projects
- Government Tenders- Registration and document submission
- Track of Time-sheets and the below day-to day mail tracking
Day to Day Mail Tracking :
Mails TrackingMail Filtering and Preparation of Reminders and Mail Log Issue statement ( TL / Manager wise) raised by clients.Log Issue Statement to TL & Managers for pending Issues updating of Client query /Issue Status with tentative commitment dates etc., if issue is under progress etc.,Reminder Mail Issues to VS sir & others on daily basis.Follow up for Reminder mails issues with respective TL / Managers etc.,Skills Required
