About the Role

As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on leads
  • Support the team with client research and proposal preparation
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools (training will be provided)
