The venue spans 25,000 sq. ft. and hosts over 3,000 weekend revelers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a  Promoter Coordinator  at Sunburn Union Bengaluru. The Promoter Coordinator will be responsible for managing genre-specific promoter networks, building strong relationships across nightlife communities, and ensuring consistent audience turnout for events. The role involves sharing promotional content, coordinating follow-ups for maximum effectiveness, and tracking footfall and performance metrics on an event-by-event basis.QualificationsProven experience working with nightlife venues, familiarity with club cultureUnderstanding of music genres and nightlife trendsExcellent negotiation and persuasion skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in tracking event performance metrics (footfall, conversions, ROI)Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentAny Bachelor’s degree
