Understand and analyze client requirements (job understanding, competency mapping).Manage and execute client requirements for small to medium-sized accounts.Full ownership from understanding client needs to delivering the end product.Manage the desired technical behavior of the platform related to psychometric assessments.Work on the required content for reporting (e.g., BARS, descriptors, and other relevant documentation).Ensure all content is developed according to market requirements for simulation-based behavioral tools.Track content availability.Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the creation of new content as needed.Ensure that client requirements are properly understood by the team and delivered as per expectations.Liaise with other teams (sales, consulting, delivery, operations, tech) to ensure client needs are met.Manage team output, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.Skills Required
