Technical Recruiter Opportunity

We are scaling our technology desk across various disciplines.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster results with quality.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
• Convert vague job descriptions into clear, winnable requirements via sharp discovery with delivery teams.
• Build candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, communities, and meetups.
• Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation and close deals.
• Manage MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.
• Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
• Mentor junior recruiters on search strategy and outreach quality.

You will have 5–8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration; proven closures in at least two of : Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

You should have a solid grasp of US tax / visa frameworks; fluency in VMS / MSP environments. Expert Boolean / X-ray and outbound skills; strong storytelling in outreach.
