About the Role

Key Responsibilities :
- Source candidates from job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Conduct initial calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Verify salary expectations with candidates and provide them with accurate information about the position.
- Submit qualified candidates to the client for further review and consideration.
- Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates before conducting initial calls.
- Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for future job openings by establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collect and provide feedback to candidates after each interview, helping them improve their performance.
