Senior Manager_IT Resilience Architect_Pune

Job Description

Role purpose :

As a IT Resilience Architect, Individual needs to lead the design and evolution of resilient, scalable, and modern application architectures across Vodafone’s hybrid IT landscape. This includes cloud-native (Azure / AWS) and on-premises environments. Shape integration strategies, modernize legacy systems, and ensure continuity and recoverability of critical the strategy, blueprint and roadmap for the various aspects of Information Technology Infrastructure, Systems, Analytics etc.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on application modernization and integration.
• Proven expertise in designing resilient architectures across Azure and AWS platforms.
• Strong understanding of application architecture principles and lifecycle management.
• Experience with integration technologies (, APIs, messaging systems, ETL pipelines).
• Familiarity with reintegration challenges and solutions post-cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure and hybrid cloud models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

Lead the design and planning of architecture solutions and modernization efforts, ensuring they align with business needs and work seamlessly across systems.Assist, advise and execute design, development, and deployment of system architecture practices, standards, patterns and innovations.Maintain strong relations with the stake holder to ensure the solutions being delivered are aligned with Vodafone standards, best practice and business objectives, and the activity is signed off accordingly.Provide guidance on application lifecycle management, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

5+ years public cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) architect
