Experience Required : 3–6 years

Requirement : Hands-on experience with Job Diva ATS is mandatory

About the Role :

We’re hiring a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in end-to-end US IT recruitment, especially handling W2 requirements, and are looking to work in a high-performance, team-driven environment—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate fit for IT roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Utilize tools such as Job Diva, Ceipal, and Boolean search techniques.
• Solid understanding of US tax terms (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) and various visa classifications (USC, GC, EAD, L2, H4, OPT).
• Maintain accurate candidate data and proactively manage pipelines.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to refine sourcing strategies.
• Deliver consistent results and contribute to individual and team targets.
