Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned

Recruitment Lead

to oversee end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of driving recruitment strategies, manage high-performing teams, and hire across a broad range of industries in India. A deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and reflects best practices.

Work closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.

Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

Partner with HR and business units to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong mix of IT and Non-IT hiring.

Proven experience managing recruitment for diverse industries across India.

Strong process orientation with knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, metrics, ATS systems, and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage mid-to-large sized recruitment teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.)

Preferred Skills :

Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes.

Exposure to international recruitment is a plus.

Knowledge of diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment strategies.

1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST
