Responsibilities : -

  • Published accurate and insightful MIS reports for various stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Coordinated effectively with cross-functional departments to source, validate, and consolidate primary data
  • Ensured precision, consistency, and integrity in all reports through strong attention to detail and data verification processes
  • Designed and maintained dynamic dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews, enabling performance monitoring and trend analysis

Key Skills

  • MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Dashboard Management, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts), MS PowerPoint, Cross-functional Coordination, Data Accuracy, Business Intelligence, Stakeholder Management

    • Preferred candidate profile

  • A graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), banking operations, and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation) and PowerPoint for professional presentations
  • Adept at data management, report generation, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making
