Managing executives' schedules, handling emails, and preparing documents.Generating insightful reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.Driving seamless operations by overseeing processes and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.Overseeing project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organized records.Conducting online research and preparing summaries and reports.Managing communication, documents, and invoices.Requirements include 3+ years of corporate experience, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
Work independently in a remote setting with a laptop, webcam, and headset, maintaining a quiet and brightly illuminated workspace.
