Job Title : IT Asset Management Consultant
We are seeking an experienced IT asset management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow configuration, entitlement and contract management processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting high-quality data and service delivery for enterprise clients. This includes configuring SAM data, managing client engagements, tracking project progress, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
In this role, you will work closely with global consulting teams to deliver excellent results and grow your expertise in ServiceNow SAM. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new solutions and best practices within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage ServiceNow SAM data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage client relationships and communications to deliver exceptional service
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain audit-ready documentation to support compliance and governance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions and best practices
