You'll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change leader, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support. Key responsibilities :
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectivesDrive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiativesBuild leadership capability and support team developmentAct as the primary People contact for designated business areasProvide legally sound, pragmatic advice and manage risk effectivelyMentor and support other People Partners, acting as an escalation pointCollaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless deliveryUse data and insights to inform decisions and measure impactChampion elements of the People Plan, such as leadership developmentLead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communicationsPerks for our People :
