About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to strengthen our employee engagement and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-focused, and comfortable representing HR during employee activities and organisational events.

Key Responsibilities :

Anchor and facilitate employee engagement events, activities, and internal functions

Plan and execute engagement initiatives for both office and kitchen teams

Build strong employee relations through

regular interactions and on-ground presence

Visit kitchen locations to conduct activities and strengthen team connect

Support HR in cultural building initiatives, communication, and employee experience

Assist in grievance support and maintaining a positive work culture

Support in resolution of

HRIS tasks & queries.

Pre Requisites :

0–2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or similar people-facing roles

Prior experience in

hosting college events

, anchoring shows, or leading employee engagement activities is a strong advantage

Strong communication, presentation, and crowd-handling skills

Energetic, approachable, people-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse teams

Creative mindset with basic design sense to create posters and engagement creatives

Willingness to

travel to kitchen sites

as part of engagement and employee relations
