Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and polished Soft Skills Trainer with a refined personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody the traits of a finishing school graduate, with impeccable grooming, professional communication, and a strong understanding of the social and corporate etiquette required to succeed in high-level environments. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and impactful training sessions that develop students' interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professional demeanour.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery : Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and etiquette.
• Personality Development : Coach students on personal grooming, poise, and body language to enhance their confidence and overall presentation.
• Etiquette Training : Provide instruction on corporate etiquette, dining etiquette, business networking, and professional decorum to prepare students for high-level professional settings.
• Tailored Training Programs : Develop and customize training modules to meet the diverse needs of students from various professional and social backgrounds.
• Assessments : Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training and provide constructive feedback to students for improvement.
• Coaching & Mentorship : Serve as a mentor, guiding students on how to develop a polished personality, emotional intelligence, and adaptability in challenging situations.
• Stay Updated : Continuously update training materials based on current trends and practices in the corporate world, personal development, and soft skills.
• Training Materials : Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and handouts to support the training process.
