Description and Requirements :

• Oral and written comprehension.
• Minimum of 8-10 years overall work experience.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of work experience as an L&D Training Facilitator.
• Open to working from the office.
• Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level).
• Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis / Training Need Identification
• Training material development.
