Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern-Inside Sales at Magic Billion, located in Noida. The Intern-Inside Sales will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential clients, providing information about services, and addressing customer queries while ensuring an excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
