Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI

Job descriptionOwn the end-to-end development of AI-driven products, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams. Define clear success metrics (KPIs) and ensure continuous product iteration based on data insights. Work closely with AI / ML engineers to build scalable models while ensuring explainability, fairness, and security. Partner with Legal & Compliance to ensure AI solutions meet ethical, regulatory, and risk requirements. Design AI-powered conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows to enhance digital banking experiences. Work with UX / UI designers to ensure AI-generated content and recommendations align with brand tone and customer expectations. Leverage NLP, LLMs (Large Language Models), and multi-modal AI to drive personalized interactions. Act as the bridge between AI research, engineering, business teams, and external partners. Work closely with Digital Banking, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly. Drive AI adoption by educating internal teams on capabilities and responsible AI usage.
