Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing technical support for power transmission products. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, conducting product presentations, preparing sales proposals, identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for account management, sales engineering, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or related field
• Experience in the power transmission industry is a plus
