Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Production Manager located in Bengaluru and Hindupur. The Garment Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless operations from fabric sourcing and sampling to large-scale manufacturing and quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and development teams, managing production timelines, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing resources to achieve production targets. The role will also involve collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and supporting the team in resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including fabric sourcing, sampling, and manufacturing
• Expertise in quality control, resource optimization, and production timelines
• Experience in team coordination and supplier / vendor management
• Proficiency in inventory management, production planning, and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical production practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Manufacturing, or related field
• Prior experience in a garment manufacturing environment
