Influencer Outreach and Content Associate

Role Description : This is a full-time role (Work from Office). As an Influencer Outreach Specialist at America & Beyond, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness, growth, and sales.

You will be responsible for executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand values and objectives.

This is WORK FROM OFFICE (6 DAYS / WEEK) Position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and research 25-30 potential USA influencers everyday across various platforms (Instagram and TikTok) who align with America & Beyond's brand image
• Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly outreach targets for Influencer Outreach numbers
• Manage Creators using TikTok Shop and Other Influencer Marketing Tools
• Develop and implement influencer outreach strategies to establish and maintain partnerships with influencers
• Strongly negotiate contracts, deliverables, content and compensation with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, send products, set timelines, overseeing content creation, and ensuring all deliverables meet A&B standards
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives every week
• Create discounts using Shopify and track them
• Maintain a database of influencers, including contact details, engagement rates, and partnership history
• Prepare reports on influencer marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI
