Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Associate - Content with 3+ years of experience to manage end-to-end distribution, quality checking, and editorial support of multimedia content for clients. The role requires working in rotational US shifts, handling client communication, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of content via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute client content accurately and on time across designated circuits
- Proofread and verify content for accuracy, attribution, and compliance
- Upload graphics and documents to client platforms with appropriate tagging
- Manage translation workflows and follow up for timely delivery
- Ensure all jobs are assigned, logged, and tracked in the workflow system
- Provide editorial support and formatting assistance to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates
- Respond to client queries and complaints, escalating when required
- Provide consultative advice on circuit selection and editorial optimization
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and distribution standards
- Support ROI reporting and ensure quality documentation
- Coordinate with SIPs and regulatory bodies for smooth operations
- Maintain content mapping on websites and service feeds
- Collaborate with translation agencies to ensure satisfaction and delivery
- Look for opportunities to upsell relevant services during client interactions
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure service excellence
