Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to design, develop, and manage high-performance Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex technical challenges while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and work on Aura components.
• Handle complex data models and ensure robust integrations with external systems.
• Oversee deployments and ensure smooth release management.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
