Job Overview

The Enterprise Sales Specialist at Huemn will focus on driving B2B sales efforts for our studio management solution in Hyderabad. This mid-level, full-time position is ideal for dynamic individuals with up to 3 years of experience in sales. The role involves developing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and contributing to the company's growth within the photography industry. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, ensuring strong connections with diverse clients and nurturing long-lasting partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Mastery of negotiation techniques to effectively persuade potential clients and close deals with favorable terms (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in B2B sales strategy, focusing on targeted sectors and evolving client requirements (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing to identify high-value accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools to efficiently identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
  • Capability to analyze data in sales to track performance trends, predict customer behavior, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize sales processes for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex product information clearly and persuasively to potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase Huemns market penetration in the photography industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our studio management solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure an integrated approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct periodic market research to identify trends, gather intelligence on competitor strategies, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
