Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Axiom Business Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology & Operations team. The candidate will act as a bridge between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring that global and Indian regulatory requirements are accurately captured, implemented, and tested in AxiomSL (ControllerView).

This role will cover global regulations (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR / NSFR, COREP, FINREP, PRA, MAS, FED, ECB) as well as Indian frameworks (RBI – ALM, CRR / SLR, Statutory Returns, SEBI, IRDAI).

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for regulatory reporting.
• Translate regulatory guidelines into functional requirements for Axiom development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design reporting templates and workflows.

Regulatory Framework Coverage

Stakeholder Management

Testing & Validation

Governance & Documentation
