Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. As a key member of our Talent & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of HR management and employee engagement.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update employee records in our HONO system
- Process work permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Prepare and distribute employee communications, including newsletters and announcements
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities, social events, and team-building initiatives
- Compile and submit periodic HR and training reports to management
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process and track probation periods
- Assist with recruitment efforts for entry-level and mid-level positions
- Conduct new hire onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration process
- Perform exit interviews and manage employee offboarding procedures
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and implement solutions
- Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure organizational compliance
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with our company culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar roleProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExperience in recruitment and onboarding processesFamiliarity with performance management systems and practicesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationProactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented mindsetFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesEnthusiasm for fostering a positive company culture and employee engagementAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plusAdditional Information
