Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. This role requires someone with strong critical thinking , emotional intelligence , and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring for multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple verticals (Travel, KPO / BPO, IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Utilize Keka Hire ATS for recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain hiring SLAs while ensuring quality and speed of recruitment.
  • Stay updated on talent trends, market insights, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in BPO / KPO or International Travel companies (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices for international clients.
  • Familiarity with Keka Hire or similar ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 work culture .
