We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Inbound Voice Process – US Healthcare domain. If you have strong communication skills and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from US customers related to healthcare services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction scores as per process standards.
  • Follow company policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification : Undergrad / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
  • Age Limit : Up to 40 years
  • not eligible Courses : BE, PGDM, MBA, and PG candidates are not eligible
  • Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills in English required
  • Location Constraint : Candidate must be within boundary limits
  • Boundary : Badlapur to Sion | GTB to Panvel
  • Travel : Only self-traveling candidates eligible (no transport facility provided)

    • Salary Details

  • CTC : 3,30,000 LPA
  • In-Hand : 21,000 per month
  • Night Shift Allowance : 0 – 3,000 per month (based on shift)

    • Work Details

  • Shift : Rotational (Predominantly Night Shifts)
  • Week Off : Any 2 rotational offs
  • Job Type : Full-time, Work from Office (Airoli)
