Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers related to healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction scores as per process standards.
- Follow company policies and data protection guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues.
