Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Workday HCM systems to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in the HR tech space, with advanced expertise in Workday Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, EIBs, and Calculated Fields .

This is a 5-day work-from-office role based out of any of our major office locations across India.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM , especially in Core HCM , Advanced Compensation , and Reporting .

Collaborate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Configure and support Workday modules including EIBs , Calculated Fields , and Custom Reports .

Identify system enhancements, provide solutions, and ensure timely implementation.

Support ongoing system administration, data integrity, testing, and troubleshooting.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

Provide support during system updates, UAT, and post-deployment activities.

Ensure documentation is maintained for configurations, processes, and workflows.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8–10 years of experience in the HR technology domain , with a strong focus on Workday .

Proven hands-on experience with :

Core HCM

Advanced Compensation

Workday Reporting (including Advanced / Composite reports)

EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)

Calculated Fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
