- Serve as a product expert, providing guidance and support to the sales team and customers.

- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our products address those needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for customers and sales teams.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for product lines.
- Track sales performance and report regularly on results, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales objectives and KPIs based on market conditions and sales performance.
- Work closely with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and market demand, influencing future product development.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to share best practices, sales insights, and strategies.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members on the product portfolio, sales tactics, and customer engagement techniques.
- Develop and conduct internal training sessions to ensure the sales team has the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor competitor product offerings and identify opportunities to improve or differentiate the company's products.
