Key Responsibilities :

Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct channels.

Develop local market presence through micro-marketing builder tie-ups and connectors.

Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement.

Maintain portfolio quality through effective follow-up and documentation.

Cross-sell other banking and insurance products.
