Responsibilities
- Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude.
- Identify the feasibility and formulate strategies for the introduction of Offset Ink, UV Varnishes / coatings in the Indian market.
- Coordinate with various functions like R&D / Process Development / Production / Quality and Operation to introduce existing and new products in the market.
- Managing the marketing mix of the organization, segment and target the potential segment of the market.
- Mapping and targeting the potential clients of the market and develop the go to market strategy.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Monthly Sales Report preparation and presentation.
- Establish and maintain high standards of product and company knowledge for all sales and service staff in order to deliver the best possible level of service and knowledge (consultative selling) that exceeds customer expectations and builds effective relationships.
- Identify new sales / product and client opportunities and implement strategies to produce or secure them as the case requires.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, codes, are communicated and implemented within the sales / customer service team.
- Develop and implement processes / systems for monitoring marketing activities and outcomes.
- Develop and prepare support material, lists and information packs for sales team in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Participate in performance reviews with Sales teams
- Ensuring all roles are filled with competent personnel capable of delivering the plan
- Monitor sales expenses to meet budget guidelines Customer Service.
- Institute new systems and procedures in business units to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Develop sales plans as required including identification of target groups, marketing tactics and timelines. Pursue and / or participate in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
- Institute a result focussed and transparent problem resolution procedure with accountability for all relevant staff.

Skills Required :
In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.Ability to assess Financial, Marketing, Branding, and Operational aspects of security Inks and coatings.Prior experience in Business development in Ink and varnishes / coatings. Understanding in secure printing industry is added advantage.Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.Good presentation skill.Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.Analytical mind.Candidate should be comfortable making presentation’s to experienced business term and clients.Excellent organizational and time management skillsCustomer oriented with strong negotiation skillsAnalytical and data driven problem solving skill.Technical / Functional Proficiency Required
Excellent customer base for UV Varnishes / coatings is preferred.Hands on experience with CRM software. Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point.Qualification & Experience :
Graduates / Postgraduate from Tier 2 / Tier3 MBA (Optional)
10-15 Years of relevant experience
