What We’re Looking For

Proven Impact : 18–20+ years in progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years at global executive level.

Builder Mindset : Experience in high-growth, tech-driven, global businesses where transformation is constant.

Strategic Operator : Ability to turn business vision into people action with measurable results.

Cultural Champion : Deep understanding of how to balance global consistency with local relevance.
