The primary role will be partnering with business leaders and influence them with your people strategies and facilitating changes to organization culture & structure.
The role is required to conduct connect sessions with the employees & managers and propose plan of actions to enable employee engagement and help driving available talent with their full extent in the organization.
Should be able to work on system in case of organizational changes, relevant operational work associated with employee life cycle.
Partnering with business leaders and employees for managing the employee life cycle from hire to retire and closely with relevant team / vendors, as need be
Should be able to identify training needs by having 1 : 1 meeting with business leaders & work together to implement the plan
Should be able to drive HR analysis and Dashboards
Knowledge of Rewards & Recognition
Should be able to design and execute Employee engagement programs strategically as required by the organization
Should be creative to design and work on employee communication
Should be able to closely follow up and close on vendor payouts, agreements etc with required coordination with internal departments
Should have a background to manage strong multi-cultural and matrix organization structure
Should be able to front end India initiatives and implement Best Practices with required sensitization and awareness across business lines
Candidate Profile
MBA / PGD in HR or equivalent.
10 - 12 years of total experience out of which at least 10 years of relevant experience into HR Business Partnership & Employee Engagement.
Working experience on SAP Success Factor (HR Solution / Suit) will be an added advantage.
