Job Description :

The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental, cybersecurity, and ethics policies.

This includes proposing a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.

The Chief Compliance Officer will have direct access to top management.

Main Responsibilities :

• Keep the ISM certification of the company up-to-date for each assigned flag;
• Plan, implement, and follow-up internal audits for head-office, subsidiaries, and agencies;
• Analyze reports issued on dedicated software;
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team as per Group organization;
• Monitor KPIs for vessels;
• Ensure trainings of shore and ship staff;
• Manage your team.

Personal Attributes :

Minimum qualifications include previous experience as Marine Safety Officer. Maritime background is preferred.
