Vibsecapes is on the lookout for vibrant and service-driven individuals to join our Front Office team as Guest Service Associates (GSA). If you're someone who loves engaging with people and creating memorable guest experiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handle check-in / check-out procedures smoothly
• Assist with reservations, guest queries, and special requests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards

Requirements :

familiarity with PMS isan advantage

experience in front office or reception is a plus
