Job Description : We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff / Cabin Crew. As a member of our ground staff / cabin crew team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including :

• Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Conducting security screenings and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, including answering questions and addressing concerns
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage
• Communicating with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure
• Preparing and serving in-flight meals and beverages
• Conducting safety demonstrations and responding to any emergencies during the flight
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft cabin
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations Requirements :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
