This is a full-time position with immediate joining available. As a Ticketing Executive / Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients.
