Job Description : We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff / Cabin Crew. As a member of our ground staff / cabin crew team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including : - Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling - Conducting security screenings and ensuring compliance with safety regulations - Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, including answering questions and addressing concerns - Assisting with the loading and unloading of cargo and baggage - Communicating with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure - Preparing and serving in-flight meals and beverages - Conducting safety demonstrations and responding to any emergencies during the flight - Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft cabin - Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
