What you ’ll do
- Support employees with day-to-day questions related to benefits
- Maintain and monitor current benefits databases and file feeds
- Process and track benefit invoices
- Facilitate employee information changes to benefits carriers in a timely manner
- Create and maintain process documents
- Act as a point of contact to Human Resources’ business partners regarding benefits
- Manage and maintain benefits-related communications and intranet pages
- Coordinate events such as webinars, fairs, and open enrollment sessions
- Make recommendations to streamline and automate work processes
